Description

This is a standard six-bunk hut located in Takitimu Conservation Area in the Southland area. Bookings not required - first come, first served. Facilities include mattresses, non-flush toilets and water (not treated - boil before use). The hut provides good views over the Te Anau basin and Fiordland, and gives access to climbs in the Excelsior Peak area.
