This is a basic three-bunk hut in the Mid and South Canterbury area. There are no fees. Bookings not required - first come, first served.
Facilities include mattresses, non-flush toilets and water from a stream.
A Frame Hut is 3 hours (9.5 km) from Glenrock Stream on Double Hill Run Road, up a wide tussock valley. It's 2 hours 30 minutes (5.2 km) from Comyns Hut.
