Description
This reserve is located between the railway line and State Highway 26 in Waitoa, about eight kilometres south west of Te Aroha.
The reserve is a popular rest stop for travellers. There is a small parking area off the State Highway, picnic tables, a shelter with interpretive signage and screen plantings. The planting was done by local farmers and school pupils, assisted by the Ministry of Works and former Piako County Council.
