This is a 10 acre rolling landscape overlooking the Historical Waimate Valley with only a handful of people envisioned to stay here at any one time to give its exclusivity to privacy and care to the environment as a priority. The SC parking available is perched on a hill overlooking the entire property and 2 more hard standing options.
