Description

This is the main campsite of five set along Waikoko stream. It's in a large, sunny clearing above the river. There are 20 non-powered/tent sites. Bookings not required - first come, first served. Sites are suitable for tents, campervans, motorhomes and caravans. Facilities include toilets, picnic tables, water from the stream and a shelter for cooking. Fires are not permitted at any time. No dogs allowed. Take all rubbish with you and leave no trace. Keep New Zealand clean. Always use the toilet in your vehicle or a public toilet.
