This is a standard six-bunk hut located in Aorangi Forest Park in the Wairarapa region. Fees apply. Bookings not required - first come, first served. Facilities include open fire heating, mattresses, non-flush toilets and water from a stream. Approximate times from nearest road end and huts: Cape Palliser Road via Pararaki Stream: 3-4 hr (12 km).
