Description

Located in the Waitakere Ranges, this large backcountry-style 24 bed hut is suitable for training courses, social activities, or weekend retreats away from it all in the bush. Bookings are required. The Hut is easily accessed, just 40 minutes from Auckland City, and has secure off-road parking. Mattresses are provided, but you should bring your own bedding, preferably a sleeping bag. Cooking pots, crockery and cutlery are provided. There are two wood-burning stoves and gas hobs are available.
