Lagoon Bay Campground (Boat Only)

Description
This campground is located on the northern end of Lagoon Bay in an open grassed area bordering the beach. It is only accessible from the water. The beach is very tidal - at low tide you will need to walk 250m up the muddy beach. No vehicle access. Maximum stay 7 nights. Bookings are required.
Boat access only. Lagoon Bay is a shallow tidal bay so close-shore access by boat or kayak is possible at high tide only.
Consider using a dolly or kayak wheels. Kayaks or dinghies can be hand-launched from Sullivan's Bay, 2.2km away. At low tide you will need to walk 250m up the muddy beach.
The campground is not accessible from Sullivan's Bay after main park gate closing time.
Facilities:
Basic long-drop toilet. Clean after use. Bring your own toilet paper.
Water supply is very limited and untreated - instead bring your own. Supply is from a water tank at the woolshed or main carpark at Sullivans Bay. Only take what you need and boil for at least three minutes before using.
No bins or rubbish disposal facilities. Take all rubbish and recycling with you when you leave.
Fires prohibited at all times.
Dogs are prohibited at all times.
