This site features 30 non-powered tent sites. Bookings are required. Bookings are made through the Whakarewarewa Village Charitable Trust who manages the campsite. Book Online or call +64 7 349 3463 ext. 102
You can access the campground by foot on the Tarawera Trail or water taxi.
This campsite is extremely popular during the summer months.
Fires are not permitted at any time.
Dogs are not permitted.
